Its actually even possible to have custom skins or move your forums into their own section while still sharing the same user base (this was done with dndorks.com, your login and password work equally well over there!).
What is the WCN? Any site that is part of the WCN uses the same username/password. Before entering your username/password, make sure the site is on the list of valid WCN sites
